LOLA'S 75TH BIRTHDAY.

QUICK POST! We surprised our Lola for her 75th birthday! She did not know that my father is here in the Philippines. My mother cooked dinuguan with puto(which is my Lola's favorite), kaldereta and spaghetti. My sister and I bought her birthday cake. Hihi.

On our way.
Drinking milk teas. Aaaaack.
Big smile Makoy!
Mukhang tanga ako. Haha.
Food for Lola! Forgot to take a photo of the kaldereta my mother cooked which tastes absolutely superb! Haha.
Puto.
Dinuguan.
Spaghetti.
Banoffee Pie from Banapple. <3
I love you Lola. <3

What I wore and please don't mind my messy hair because Ate Curie is in a hurry to take my photos:

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOLA! MORE YEARS TO COME! <3

FOOD TRIP: ISDAAN (CALAUAN, LAGUNA) PART 2.

I went to Isdaan again with my 2 sisters (Nikki and Inna), my nephew (Makoy) and my sister's boyfriend (JM) last week. I thought of blogging about it again since my first entry is super gasgas already. Haha. My first entry about Isdaan is being viewed everyday maybe because if someone wants to go there, she or he will Google it first to search for reviews or its price list but only reviews about Isdaan at Tarlac appear and of course, my blog entry. Now, people will have two entries to read about this restaurant from my blog! Haha. Anyway, we opted to have an early dinner since I have work at night.
Makoy happily feeding the fishes. =)
Inna checking out the menu.
Makoy got a balloon and loot bag from Isdaan for free! He also enjoyed using the bike.
Nikki and JM ordered the food. They got us nilagang bulalo, juicy spareribs, sizzling tanigue, balasenas ensalada, special halo-halo, buko juice and 3 small pots of rice. Pretty much like the same thing my boyfriend and I ate before. Food is still deliciously great! =) Next time, I will try crabs, shrimps and others. Haha. Oh I don't have photos of the spareribs and ensalada but it exactly looks the ones which I uploaded here.
Nilagang bulalo.
Sizzling tanigue.
Special halo-halo. We bought halo-halo because we saw the customers from the hut next to us eating this. Haha.
Last one standing.
We did not finish everything!
I like this shot, it's my normal self.
We were serenaded by this group singing old songs. They don't look happy, right! Hahaha.
Smile naman!
After eating we walked around the floating restaurant. Inna and I met the mayor of Calauan, Mr. George Berris. He is a very nice man and he asked us about our opinion about the restaurant. I shared to him that I already went there before and I already blogged about the restaurant last October. After having a small talk with each other, we said good bye and he joked to me that I should also include him in my blog. So here is our photo together in front of the 3 million worth gorilla. Haha.
Hello Mayor!
There are new statues around the place. It's really fun to walk around and take photos but after taking many photos, you will get tired posing in front of the camera. =p
Starstruck-ed to see Obama! Haha.
And Michelle too!
'Cause she secretly dreams of becoming a dinosaur.
Blurred Batman. =(
Crocodiles!
This buddha is already finished!
Hotdog, hotdog, hot-digidy-dog! Hihi.
Makoy is too shy to express his happiness when he saw the Angry Birds statues!
Posing like shiz.
Makoy's siblings and mother! Hahahaha.
More photos around the restaurant!

Fresh tilapias!
And this is how they cook the rice. One pot is good for 2-3 persons. It costs 99.00 pesos.
Nikki and I also tried throwing plates while shouting Tacsiyapo! Haha. My sister hit the Magnanakaw word unintentionally but my plate did not even reach the wall! It went straight to the pile of broken glasses. Boo. Haha!
Bad photo quality.
The "commentator" at the back. Haha.
Makoy went boating twice! He is such an adventurous kid! I did not join them during the first one because I 've already experienced it before. The second time, I am forced to accompany Makoy because Nikki doesn't want to ride the boat anymore.
Doesn't want his photo taken. Hahaha.

He wants to get the camera from me!
So there you go. I've realized that my "fashion blog" is slowly turning into a food porn site. I am madly in love with Fashion but I feel the same towards food. Haha. Next year, I promise to post more entries about my style, clothes I will make, my fashion sense and food my other fashion endeavors. Hugs and kisses. <3

LB VACATION: JUDE'S CLEARANCE DAY.

Jude is one of my sorority batchmates. She is a councilor at Pangasinan already and she is only 22 years old! She is an intelligent girl with lots of marvelous ideas. She is also the type of person that will stand up for what is right for her and she does the same thing for her friends if someone is being bullied or something. Back in college, when I don't have money she will always treat me lunch or dinner. Haha. That's what batchmates are for! She is more than a batchmate to me, she is like a real sister for me because she listens to me and to my other batchmates if we have problems. We've been together through a lot of things already, either happy or sad. <3
Last Summer, just because Jude is this weird! She forced me to do this! Haha.
Roaming around the campus last summer.
I was walking with my boyfriend going to Carabao Park to check out their fraternity's activity when someone called my name. I have a very poor eyesight but I can recognize my friends through their aura. Haha. When it hit me that it was Jude who called me I shouted like hell because I couldn't contain my excitement and happiness to finally see her again after 7 months! She joined me and my boyfriend for lunch and then we returned to the Touch My Car activity. The person with the longest time of touching the car (with some twists) will win 10, 000 pesos but my boyfriend told me that they raised the prize to 15,000 pesos. The guy wearing the white shirt and maroon shorts won this contest, I think. He touched the car for 12 hours straight!

Our other batchmates were also there! It was very nice to see these boys again.
Chase, Jude holding her clearance, JMP, Mike.
Bonding time.
How we wished that Chase's car is at LB so that Jude and I will not have a hard time going to faraway places (like the Infirmary) to have her clearance signed but too bad, his car is in his home in Binan. Haha. So JMP and I accompanied Jude first to SU Building and then JMP left after that because he needs to go to his class. Jude and I walked from SU all the way to the Infirmary! Haha. Yes, it's my fault that's why we're dead tired after. =p
Infirmary, check!
Our only photo together. She told me not to upload this but I will. Haha.
We did not finish everything that day but we were able to do so much that day. She is very nice so she treated me and JMP dinner. We also met with Pam and Brick that afternoon but I failed to take photos during that time. The next day, Jude accomplished everything including her manuscript. Thank you for treating me, Donna and JMP drinks. Hihi.
So proud of you!!
Donna and Jude.
JMP and me.
You are now done with college and I am very happy that we will march together on April 2012! I hope that we will still keep in touch with each other even though we are miles apart. How about going out next month together with the other girls because we are going to celebrate our 4th year anniversary. Hihi. You know I love you. <3 Good luck with your career, Batch.
